I just saw this listing on Marketplace and thought I'd share. Good looking convertible driver for anyone looking to get in or add to the stable. It has 105,000 miles, but mine had 113,600+ when I bought it and, knock on wood, it has been running VERY well and burns no oil between changes. I just turned 156,000 last week and I am running it with the mods in my signature north of 650 RWHP.

That seems like a load for one with 105k miles.

Yeah, the first thing I picked up on was it being a convertible. That and those miles points to a sub-$20K price. There are better deals to be had.

The way the owner describes the interior/seats, tires, brakes, paint, I though I was looking at a car with under 20K miles, nor 105K miles. o_O Maybe it's truly immaculate. A serious buyer would want to verify those claims.

I don't see any Shelby GT500 's that are in good condition anywhere under $20k.

If it ever drives up to NY it will have rust before it makes it across the state.

    07-09 least desirable
    Vert least desirable
Over 100,000 miles is not desirable either

I'd say its cheap for those reasons. That's just me though. Maybe I'm crazy.

Geeze....I guess I believed a vert would get more money both new & used. Unless of course, a 2008 with 100+K miles has the original convertible top that may need to be replaced.
In any event...asking $21K could be the owner is looking for $17.5-18K ?

I have a vert, and would take it over a coupe all day long. The sound of the supercharger and exhaust with the top down is intoxicating. I'm not a racer, I just enjoy it on the street, so not worried about the additional weight. Gets a lot of love at shows as well. To each their own.

Yes, Converts are a big deal here in Florida, basically all year........"Normally", the difference between a Coupe and a Convert. is $4K-$5K, like miles, like options, like condition, etc...........Maybe with the age and miles of this GT500, $1K-$2K up charge for a Drop-Top?

As is said all over the car world......"When the top goes down, the price goes up"........

This particular car? I don't know what GT500 price reality is for that many miles? "Real world" mileage check says 15K miles per year average for a car that has been "driven", this car has been driven, it is 13 years old and in reality has "low miles", even at the old 12K per year average......

There's one for sale in my area for $17k. 2007, 150k miles. It's possible that I knew the former owner, color and mileage is about right, but certain visual aspects are not.
