Milled Diff Cover

I have searched and asked FTBR but cant seem to find the spec's of milling your own diff cover. I know they are out there. I know its a cut and fit thing but someone has to have done this a few times and can tell me the bit size etc. I dont have the ability to mill this at my house and only at work.

A 1/4" or 3/8" dia end mill should do the trick. Make sure it's a 2 flute end mill because a multi-flute end mill will clot when cutting aluminum.
