Did some digging.
It's $1800 for the engine as a kit, and another $300 for the cooling setup.
It's supposed to run 12,500 hp, I think he needs some carb tuning because it didn't sound right and wasn't making the RPM.
4.29hp from .029L of engine (based on the spec sheet), so if it's running right it should make close to 150hp/L.

I remember going to an RC car show around the early 90s and seeing Conely V8s there. They had a Shelby Cobra and T bucket. Really cool but I think at the time they were 5K and no way I was getting one.

Interesting.
I've watched him feed N2O into a similar engine in the past. Pretty cool watching it blow up in super slomo.
