I purchased a brand new 1992 Bimini Blue notch 5.0 in Charleston SC in 1991 but unfortunately had to sell it in 1998 (college broke!).
The carfax took me to Minneapolis as its last stop and I was curious if anybody is familiar with this car. I sold it to a guy in Iowa in 98 then it went to Minn in 2000. It has been serviced at Roseville Midway Ford.
The last 3 of the VIN is 700. The only reason I knew the VIN is because I recently stumbled on the original contract through Palmetto Ford in South Carolina.
I would enjoy speaking to the current owner about the car if he/she is willing!
I know this is a long shot! I've already been in touch with Northern Star Mustang club with no luck.
