Whoaa Now Jason. I know you where formerly the god of the unported Eaton crew, (except for Almo of course......), but no reason to try to bring down what Cory did today. His 10.78 is the third fastest non nitrous 6 speed/IRS Eaton in history. And the MPH is right in line with his and everyone else's with his power level and race weight. How about complimenting a job very well done??? Or is just your sense of humor rearing up again.........oke:

Haha someone has to keep you motivated!! Mph is good for mid 10s if not faster. And I guess that thing is heavy because it probably makes about 75 more wheel hp than my old car. And mine was 34xx lb race weight.

Any video of the car leaving at the line? We are getting closer to getting my buddies IRS car out. Hope to be where you are with upper only non-ported.

Then I would be setting it on fire and calling the insurance company!! And after that calling the tuner and asking what his deal is. Haha

Because there's no comparing your gutted , full drag suspension, sra drag car to Cory's full weight stock suspension IRS car with big and littles. Give credit where credit is due, or just keep your two pennies worth.:nonono:

Did you notice only .05 separated us at the finish line? It was barely a fender. I wanted a re-match so bad. Are you sure you weren't just faking a break to avoid a re-match? oke:

Kidding aside, it was a great time and the highlight of my day. It was the most fun race I ever had. You brought out the best in me.

I did an 11.3 @ 130mph....lol. Granted I was on crappy 18" nittos. Not to bad for never racing a terminator ever. Next mod is a TIRE. 10's here I come. I had a blast today.

I got a new PB in my Race Red 2011 3.7 V6 Mustang. I ran a 12.60 @ 108.4 MPH with a 1.700 60 foot, just off the national record of 12.596.

I was a little disappointed with the track prep yesterday. It was alright but not nearly as good as some of the other rentals that I have been to there.

We had a good time!! The BBQ and hot dogs were good and so was the weather. I left the house yesterday morning at 4:30 AM for the 180 mile trip to MIR and got back home at 1:00 AM!

My son, myself and the other 3.7 V6 ended up staying for the Friday night test and tune session and made a couple of passes. The DA got a little better, but the track wasn't any better. Our times didn't improve.

I got a hole in one of my 26" MT ET Street bias ply tires on my 2nd pass of the day. :cuss:

Fortunately I had my set of 27.5" 295/45/17 MT ET Street drag radials with me too.

The taller tire kills my gearing and I can't leave near as hard on the drag radials as a can on the bias ply tires. I really think I could have gotten into the mid 12.50's if I hadn't gotten that flat!

Those 3.7's were FAST! It was something to see them on the track. If you had your other tires, you would have been there for sure.
