no problem dude.

been up to quite a bit lately... here is one of the things... the engine bay.
so, the engine bay is coming along nicely. I've added a bunch of items that were missing, did a bunch of cleaning (although, it's still not as clean as i want it), and fixed the way the plug wires were routed, and moved some other wires. this is what it looked like when i bought it...

and this is it now...

ok, first thing first... fix the damn annoying ash tray door... and get this switch in there squared away...

I bought the ash tray door fix kit... second one of these i've purchased. it comes with enough parts to fix several parts of the ash tray door. I should have looked at what part was broken before i purchased this... i already had the parts.

anyway, here are some pics of the repair...

Sweet. Mine was fixed before I bought my car so I have been fortunate (with this car) to have always had a working ashtray door.

ok, got a pic of the panel in the car with the switches installed. mind you, only one of them is serving a purpose at this time... at least one more of them will get wired up later, when i redo the foglights...

Very nice work. I love the resto side after doing so much hot rodding. Looks like your Cobra had a hard life, but it is in the right hands. Keep it up, and keep the pictures coming.
