Yes I do. Quotas are illegal, stupid drivers who are used to getting away with anything?.... not to much.
I believe that American driver's mind is flawed from the first day they ever sit behind the wheel. This process of getting a drivers license is laughable to me. Just because America makes it easy on people to attain drivers license, it doesnt mean it's your right to drive. It is a privilege and just because you are USED to getting away with driving like an Asian woman on her period, it doesnt mean that is the way it should be or remain being, without consequences.
I have NEVER, ever been stopped for no reason. I drove anything from tinted out all black cars, lifted trucks with virtually no exhaust, cobra without front tag and with a loud exhaust.
