I'm moving to El Paso as well here in a couple of weeks, got assigned to Fort Bliss....also looking for some good shops.

Been here a few months found a shop installing wiring harness and body work

I'm here now, been a little busy getting settled in...haven't had time to find any performance shops yet.
I did find a tint shop that is supposedly pretty good, Extasy Tinting.....I have an appointment with them next Tuesday, hopefully there as good as everyone says. Where's the shop that you found and the name?
