What kind of sound do these have? They seem to be pretty aggressive by the looks of the mufflers...any exhaust clips? Thanks

I do not have any sound clips but there are some on Youtube that capture the sound pretty good. They are not that aggressive but have a nice deep muscle sound to them, no rasp at all which was the reason I went with them.

Any drone at different rpms? They would be going on a 5.4 with an off road H. Currently have Roush AB's that are just a little too loud

I had the Roush as well and I did not like it at all. Too loud and too mush rasp. I ran these with cats and an H-Pipe and I did not have any drone at all. I do have some drone with my Kooks though but it's manageable.
