Muffler Shops!

I am trying to find a Muffler Shop to weld 2 Magnapacks Mufflers(Part No. 14416) to replace the LM1s in my SLP Catback. I went to a place called Midas(6710 SW 117 Ave) to get a quote and they told me it would be $146. I remember going with a friend of mine(don't remember the name of the shop or where it is) to weld some Flowmasters on his GT a few years ago and he only paid $45. Seems like a big jump in price. Is the $146 a fair price? If not, do you know how much should it be? And, do you recommend any Muffler Shop in specific? I live in the Kendall area.

I haven't lived in miami for a few years now but I remember going to Miami Muffler for all my stuff and they did excellent work at good prices. Lots of buddies went there too.
