My 98 Cobra Vert

Just introducing my 1998 Mustang Cobra SVT Convertible I purchased Christmas Eve 2020 with only 60K miles and completely stock. Since then I lowered it with SR Perf lowering springs and installed wheels and tires. Installed a K&N filter and next is a short throw shifter by SR Perf. Got a stereo coming as well doble din from Pioneer and then who knows! Any suggestions for mods?

Subframe connectors, 4.10-4.30 gears, imrc delete + tune. Replace cheesy canvas with 03-04 Cobra cloth top when the time comes.

Forgot to mention, sylvania makes silver star 893 fog light bulbs to go with silver star headlights. It's nice to have a matching set.

Yes 4.10 gears is in its future and I’ve been seriously thinking about imrc delete and tune... good advice on the rest thank you!

Now that it is lowered, new struts & shocks if yours are still OEM. You will need to align it again when you do this. Also consider MGW for your shifter upgrade.

I think the next major mod will be gears. I had a 2001 Cobra and I put 4.10s and didn’t feel a huge difference so maybe 4.30s this time?
