Need help posting pictures

I made a image shack account but can't figure out how to get images uploaded to svt performance.net
Could anyone help me

-Login to your ImageShack account.
-Click on the black Upload button in top right corner of ImageShack page.
-Browse and Upload any pictures from your PC to ImageShack.
-Go to your newly created ImageShack album "My Images".
-Go to the image you want to post, and click on the 3 horizontal bars in the bottom right corner of image.
-A popup window will appear, and you will see a field named Direct.
-Click in the field named Direct, and the text should change to a yellow color.
-Now right click on that yellow colored text and select Copy.

-Go back to SVTP, and visit the testing club to practice adding images to a thread before actually posting to the Pics and Vids section The Testing Club
-Create a new thread, click on the Insert Image button at top of thread (see screen cap below).

-Select the "From URL" Tab, right click and Paste your Direct ImageShack link into the URL field
-uncheck the box for: Retrieve remote file and reference locally
-You should now see something similar to below (minus the extra \ that I have added to prevent the image from posting)
-[IMG\]http://imagizer.imageshack.us/a/img923/8819/IwBDlK.jpg[/IMG]
-Preview the thread to ensure image displayed
-Rinse and repeat for any remaining images you want to post in thread
