Need help with front caster camber

One of my tires is getting eat up with negative up front, I have no idea how to pull some positive out of it.. Can someone post up the process as to crank out a little positive camber in the front? Thanks alot..

Move the plates towards the outside of the car (Up) for more positive camber. Turn down or in for my negative camber.

good info, I'm 100% ignorant here... should I be jacking the car for this?

Technically you don't have too, but it will be easier to move around with no weight on them.
