Did the same thing. Missed having a muscle car and have a toddler. Couldn’t afford a HC. I was amazed at how good the 392 runs. The car is so much fun to drive. Always been a diehard Mustang guy but I’m super happy with her. Swapped in the Dynomax Bullets and got the Tazer and a tune coming. Problem is traction. It’s my DD so I need the all season radials though.

Being an SRT 392 Charger owner, I’ll chime in too :D it’s an amazing daily driver, especially if you have a family and need the extra space. My car is bone stock except for a pair of drag radials. I had it at the track a few months back, race weight was 4,620 lbs with me and all my stuff in the car, including a child seat and 1/2 tank of gas. It went 12.1 @ 112 with a 1.74 60’ time. It should be able to dip into the 11s next time out with some better weather and more practice. The car is very consistent too. Not bad at all for a big heavy sedan with a warranty.
