Yes. You must mark and cut your factory resonator exit pipes to remove the stock resonator and install this kit. The factory resonator is mounted using two band clamps on the inlet side so only two cuts must be made for installation.

We have confirmed that the Flowmaster Resonator Delete/X-pipe kit, part #81109 for the 2015+ Mustang GT will carry on through the 2016 model year for the same sub-model configurations as previously listed.

We don't have any plans for a Pro Series axle-back at this time, but if there were enough demand for that kit we could definitely make it happen.
