new to the forum with an 01 gt swapped to with an 01 cobra motor

hey guys well i got a great deal on an 01 cobra motor so i bought it and have been working on this swap and when go to start it, it just cranks, i have fuel at the rails and the cop common wire has been swapped to the b+ side of the cop's the alternator wires have been reversed i have tried both the 2v ecu and the 4v ecu with same results the 4v comp has a tune to shut off pats and i saw the motor running the day before i did the swap. Also i have power to the cop plugs i dont know they are receiving the signal though. All i believe im missing is spark, any help appreciated.
