I just looked and Comp is showing 615+hp out of this cam, that obviously optimal conditions and an engine dyno. The power starts to drop off after 6100. I ordered this cam from Todd Warren the Cam Guru and he was saying this is the cam the Godzilla should have come with stock. Meaning thats how tame it is as far as driveability.

Facebook, its listed with only 15 miles on it so he must have stopped immediately after the swap.
If I had to guess...he got tired of the struggling with tuning issues. It seems like right now, you really need the right guy to sort through tune issues with this swap.
It would be interesting to know if he reached out to your guy. Sounds like he has this swap dialed in much better than others.

But this seems to be common, lots of us know how to wrench...but not tune.
I am amazed how may guys I've met with a fresh carb based build and ask what their base & max timing is and what rpm total timing comes in and they have no idea... They stuck the distributor in, turned it till it fired and called it good.
I'm not very good at it, but I've helped a few of my friends with a with a timing light & recurve kit + some jets and a wideband. With EFI, you don't even need tools...but you do need to know what buttons to push!
