Anyone running these on their car? I’m in the middle of a cosmetic engine bay overhaul (powder and polish all visible metal, wire tuck) and i feel like everything would look much cleaner if both PCV locations were the same. That would allow me to tuck my oil/air separators along the firewall and ditch the ugly rubber hose running along the passenger side cover. Anyone use non 03-04 specific C head covers?

Not currently, but I did run them in the past. I think they were off of a Lincoln engine. I ran the breather hose from the passenger side along the firewall to a T right behind the driver side to the catch can by the master cylinder.
I've been running them for years. No one ever notices they are different. They are off a Lincoln 4V motor.
