I go right past the Sesame Street ones, they do absolutely nothing for me. I find watching paint dry to be funnier.

For me, it's the facial expression of the characters contrasted with the text- some are silly, but others are hilarious. I guess maybe it's irony to some degree??
At first I thought lame too, but I began focusing on the expressions and my reaction shifted.
I mean c'mon, Bert meets his son Bort...funny.
Can't get enough of those Sesame Street memes - it is what Sesame Street could have been if they had the same writers as South Park.
