Boy do I despise those things. If your kid's dumb enough to play in the street, let natural selection run its course. If the kid is too young to comprehend why they should stay out of the street and you're dumb enough to let them play outside unsupervised, maybe both of you should go lay down out there. To me, they're a target identifying where the modern day "Karen" resides. The vast majority of us survived childhood without those stupid signs. Just more coddling for the participation trophy crowd.
