Put the old bassani 5 piece pipe from my old terminator on my brothers car (mach) and inadvertently got anti-seize on the front left O2. Can you use eec to clean the O2 like you would a maf?

Edit: He is a chemist for an oil company and has access to nearly any kind of solvent if those would work, but doesn't want to further screw up the maf.
