Did a search and found a couple of random older threads. We need an official thread for the sledders on the board. Let's see what everybody's riding this year. Share your stories/vids.

Looks like we're finally gonna get a good cold snap here. Need to get those lakes, swamps, and trails good and froze before the snow starts flying.

I'm on a 2012 Ski Doo Renegade 800x. Just got these bad boys back from Ian at Monster Performance Suspension. After 7k miles, they were waaaaay over due to a rebuild. Can't wait to see the difference in the ride

Where do you sled at? I go up to the Hayward area.
Here's my pig stuck back in 2014 when the snow was crazy deep. Went off trail to chase down a buddies gf that didn't follow us for some reason.

Here's a shot out the door that morning for reference.

Kinda been all over. My wife and I used to go quite a bit before we had kids.....Eagle River, Gogebic, Iron Mountain, etc... We actually spent a week for our honeymoon in the Keweenaw (Houghton). My in laws have a place in Adams County Wisconsin, so we ride there whenever we can. Last few years we've been making trips up to Tomahawk and Munising.

Badass looking S x S.....I want one of those things sooooooo bad

Nice looking Cats. My wife wife used to have a 98 ZL500. She loved that thing. I keep trying to talk her into a Ski Doo whenever we get her another one, but she's insisting on another Cat lol

To be honest, most sleds don't sound terribly great to me. The only exception is those Yamaha Apex that had the exhaust run out the back under the seat. Those things sound amazing

Nice, I was going to pick up a 14 XF turbo but my buddy couldn't come up with the cash to buy my old sled. I'll be on old reliable again this year. Maybe next year on a Sidewinder.

I have the older version of the Ape, an RX1, same motor but carbs. It never gets old listening to it. Especially on the lake at a 100+.

Nice, looking to be beasts so far. One of the guys I ride with just picked up the new MXZ 850. Can't wait to see how that thing runs.

Hopefully it's a good year. Only got out once last year to Hurley, WI. What a wild town. We went to like 5 strip clubs in one night.

I've never had the "pleasure" of making it to Hurley haha. Certainly heard lots of stories though

The last couple years I`ve been making an attempt to document our trips more to re-live them in the offseason and share them with other people. I actually picked up a GoPro a couple years ago to make videos.

This trip was to the Tomahawk, WI area.

And finally the end of the day where all the world`s problems are solved. This place was pretty awesome. The cabin we stayed in belonged to the cousin of one of the guys we rode with. Beautiful piece of property with a huge pole barn and a good sized A frame home with a finished basement. His wife`s parents passed and they inherited a few bucks....decided they wanted a place on the lake so they built a new home literally across the street on lake front property. Kept the original place and rents it out to people he knows. This is actually the "garage" of his new place....ended up turning it into basically a bar lol:
