offroad h pipe ???'s

hey i might get a mac off road h pipe off craigs for 80 bucks and i was wondering how much off a sound difference it would make with my stock catback and stock headers??.

my other question is if the o/r h pipe will pass emissions in washington lol

It will make it louder for sure, but nothing crazy because of the stock mufflers. I dropped 3 tenths in the 1/4 by adding an o/r H-pipe to my car. Depending on how they test where you live you CAN pass. If they just hook the car up to a computer and never look for cats you are good to go, as long as you take care of the check engine light that will come on without having cats.
