Have the older 2.3 TVS with a bigger elbow that is not port matched. Is there any gains to be had by porting and polishing the blower, and port matching the plenum? Worth the cost and risk of opening it up?

Thanks for input.

Its a good idea to port match the plenum, the air flow will be better and pick up a few hp for 40-50 bucks. Beyond that the cost of porting the whole blower isn't worth the gain to me. There isn't really any risk involved but I wouldn't pay 500~ to pick up 5 or so hp. The stock eaton is what really benefits from porting.

Mine performs very well!! Can't tell exactly how much rwhp I picked up from the port but the car runs very strong with the billetproshop port and 2.385 pulley...

A run from last weekend, 10.55@135 with only a 1.57 60ft

What RPM are you shifting at in 1st to 2nd? Seems as though your short shifting to remove any chance of the 1 to 2 grind. Thanks
