Am I the only one who's experiencing an intermittent issue since last week? Is there an ongoing just like what was written on the lower right of my device?

If you're talking about the ATTENTION pop-up, the site is in the midst of site maintenance and upgrades. The maintenance started a few weeks ago and is still going on. Some will experience occasional lags and issues. I've been pretty much fine except for occasional slow screen loading.
We are making changes daily, they just aren't really noticeable to the users at this time.
