So I lowered my 99 cobra with 04 cobra springs. I did 1 coil in the front and 3/4 coil in the back. I really really really like the stance but it looks really low now. Has anyone else with a similar setup had any trouble with their shocks going out really quickly. I also have Bilstein HDs all the way around that I bought brand new and have maybe 500 miles on them. I am just worried about blowing out a shock when I got over a bump now that its lowered.

THANKS

I guess this kind of applies to anyone with lowered cars I just want to know if anyone who has their cars lowered about 2 inches all the way around ever experienced any shock blowout. Thanks!!

I drive on a some pretty rough roads with stock '03 bilsteins. No problems yet, but its only been setup this way for 3 months.

You should be fine with the Bilsteins.

Any pics of the new stance? I'm trying to talk my brother into going this route.
