Piece of cake to install!

Was basically just a matter of draining the IC coolant system, removing front bumper cover, unbolting the stock HE from the car, removing it from the brackets, bending brackets to fit new one, mount it back onto car, replacing front bumper cover, and refill the IC coolant system!

I installed my gords heat exchanger about three weeks ago and yours looks like it doesn't fit as nice. Looks like I can see the tank ends and it also seems like it hangs lower. Also why would you have to remove the bumper cover. Good luck

ding ding ding! it only takes 5 minutes to take the bumper cover off... it just makes it alot easier to work on with it off than having to navigate around it.

i did some hot-lapping the other night on a back road... SOTP is definitely there. :) we'll see what happens next time i go to our crappy track!

The bumper cover comes off that easy huh? Is there just those four screws holding the sucker on?

id love to get a HE but just curiouswhat warranty ramifications(if any) will there be by installing one of these units? id hate the dealer if they put blame on somethign that actually makes ur intercooler run more efficiently.

Wow interesting comment venomous. I would think it wouldn't but you would have to threaten them with a lawyer to make them react.

yeah but u know how dealers are. some are quick to blame anything to void the warranty.
has anyone heard of the dealer voiding a warranty cuz of these HE?

2 philips screws in the fender wells
4 nuts (2 on each side) on the inside of the bumper by fenderwells
2 philips (plastic) screws by each headlight (the "pillars")
2 plastic pins on the very bottom

if you know what to look for, it will take 5 minutes. :)
