Pump gas to pump gas, drag radial demon vs street tire gt500 will walk a demon by 1 car to 160 imo

Dodge from the factory designed demon for 100 octane. F off if you think I’m not running all 840 horses. You’ve clearly never been in a demon. Also they are street legal tires on demon.

Explain to me this. From a roll when we punch it, hows being down 145 pounds of torque going to give the Shelby a chance?

Here’s the funny part. Y’all think Ford made this car to beat a demon. They didn’t. It was engineered to beat the 707 Hellcat. I run away from Hellcat’s.

Horseshit. The factory designed the Demon for 93 and thats the way they build them. You can purchase an "aftermarket kit" from SRT Concierge after you take delivery of your Demon...but no Demon is produced or sold with the Crate parts...they arent on the vehicle order guide either.

Tired of Dodge faggots perpetuating that lie.

Sorry baby boy, I'm running with 100 octane. It's all I use. Where should I mail your tissues?

Have you even swapped the ecu on your demon? Honest question.

Let me show you tq and hp. 2 examples.

Bugatti veyron has 987hp and 922tq. Has more torque than dodge demon, weighs a little more at 4400lbs, loses drag race to demon. [email protected] vs [email protected] 200lbs, gear ratios and drivetrain loss is why.

Here is a demon on 93 octane.

724whp. 681wtq. Very peaky power. Not much average whp in powerband. Needs short gearing, dodge obliged.

Here’s my stage 3 hci, 62’s, t56 5.3L modular ford spinning just to 7000. 91 octane, power is basically flat 800whp to 8000rpm.

813whp, 698wtq.

Compare both graphs. Demon has much more average wtq, but my build makes much more average whp in the race winning powerband.

See how torque, hp and rpm work now?

625tq at 7000rpm is better than 720tq at 5000rpm for racing.

I think gt500 will be a car ahead of demon both pump gas roll race 60-160. Let’s wait and see.

Race gas the demon should win a roll race, it would be sad if it lost.

Kaneda at the drag strip is where the torque makes most of the difference. With a high revving gt500 its easier to downshift and be in peak powerband. With the gt500 from any 45 mph roll and higher horsepower will make the biggest difference torque not so much. I am curious however to see the outcome of this race.

From a 45mph roll, torque isn't that big of a deal lol

Exactly. A 1900lbs Honda with 550whp and 300wtq will walk a demon hard from a 40 roll if it’s on sticky tires.

There’s a guy up here that runs [email protected] with a 550whp civic but his 60ft is high 1.8

His car puts buses on 600-700whp cars because it’s so light. I told him put a couple 45lbs plates on the front strut tower bars for traction haha

Doesnt matter how much power you make in a honda. It still makes you gay.

A modified cobra will beat a demon a modified gt500 will beat a demon the demon is not that fast and no the 840 is not stock you had to pay for the aftermarket upgrade. This thread is pointless OP is a faggot.

I think it takes a demon 100 vs 100 octane/tune.

How did dodge do a race gas tune and only pick up 40whp?
