Pony width

I have searched but have come up with conflicting info.. Does anyone Know with positiveness of the width of the 96-98 pony wheels??

I'd like to know as well. I've heard 7.5 and 8 inches wide. I do know that I've seen a lot of guys run 28x10 Hoosiers on them.
