Picked up a new daily last week. It's an 06 gx470 with 115k miles. Belt and water pump were changed at 90k and it literally has a glovebox full of service records. It's a non-kdss and non-nav model which is supposedly hard to come by. I'm really happy I found one without nav since the particular navigation that comes in them isn't user friendly and has the A/C integrated into it.
As far as plans go, nothing too crazy...

Damn shame GM shutdown Pontiac division. Numerous companies have built their own version of a T/A. With one of the nicest looking (IMHO) coming from Trans Am Depot in Florida. They call it the SD 455.
Shit, even a rear end swap is easy lol. Sometimes I wish id bought my kid a vic instead of a rangerand pocketed the difference in $$$
