I bet he would never win though because he wasn't given any direction, he was following the other horses.

Sadly there is a rule against such a thing from happening. That a horse must have a jockey on board to win. So the 2nd place one with a jockey would be declared the winner.

Well I figured that much. He was DQ'd as soon as the little man fell off his back. But by "winning" I think we just meant to finish first.
