I had to modify my oil pan on the side to clear the BBK swap headers, which I expected. I also had to modify the inside of the pan where the pickup tube enters the sump area, which I DID NOT expect. I sent pics to Tech Support at Canton and I am waiting to hear back.

I also hit another snag with the BBK headers. Based on other feedback I'd read, I did not expect to have any issues with the starter. I have the compact Powermaster XS starter. It his the same header tube that interferes with the side of the oil pan.

Anybody else have issues like this?

It turns out that the Powermaster XS starter won't clear the headers but a stock starter will so I'm switching back to stock style.
