what is needed is before and after pics of what part gets filed..before it finally gets installed.
I broke down and bought this kit over my diy freeze plug kit.
when I get to the point of installing this, I will post up pics; however trivial they may seem to others of what exactly and where exactly it needs to be filed.
This question has gone unanswered and trivialized for years..

Depth of intake space above freeze plug is ~10mm.

Height of MMR fixture is ~9mm.
Then the Lower intake gasket will help to clear it more.
