What size belt would I need if I were to run a 2.93 upper pulley, 4# lower, and the SFPHQ 100mm Idler Pulleys?

I am using the Gatorback 4080772 without the 100mm pulleys. Call Terry at SFPHQ and ask him if the idler pulleys would affect your setup. Based on where my tensioner is adjusted I would say the above part number should work fine.

Does someone know off hand what the next TWO sizes down from 4080772 are? I have the 4080772 (77.2" Duh) on my setup and the tensioner is just a hair away from being fully untensioned.

I got a 2.93 upper + Metco Ideler + 2lb lower

I need to order ASAP before the belt im using flys off or shreds up...

I have a copy of Goodyears Belt and Hose Catalog. Here are all of the sizes the offer between 72.50" -85.5".

I am using a 3.0 inch upper, 4# lower, (2) 100 mm idlers, 3.5 inch alternator pulley and the 90mm 3rd idler from BilletFlow. I am using an 80.25 inch belt from Gates.
Hope this helps.

BTW, the Gates numbers do NOT reflect the actual belt sizes, unlike Goodyear that does.
