Putting a Voodoo in a Coyote swap?

Hey all,

Wondering what the general verdict here would be. I have a 15-17 Voodoo near me I wanna pick up, and I have a SN95 with a Gen 1 Coyote swap and a Gen 2 supercharger. What would be the verdict with how easy/hard this would be?

The Voodoo is a long block, so I believe I'm slick there. Would take it apart and re-ring it most likely, look at bearings, etc. Question is how much of my original swap stuff could be used?

I *believe* the 15-17 Voodoos are just reinforced Coyote blocks, so mounts and transmission should match up (nevermind whether my TKX will handle 9000rpm) and hopefully my 8 bolt flywheel will go over too. I have MMR valve springs I'd like to swap over if needed, but the real question is the computer and harness. How much do yall think the Gen 1 control pack could be used if I was willing to repin the ECU connectors for the firing order? Or even just tune it out? Curious what the verdict is here.

The supercharger is just a 2.3, so I think at 8-9psi the Voodoo should love it with the right tune. I believe the gen 2 supercharger should also bolt right up along with my front cover/pulleys.

Any input would be awesome!

Yes the voodoo should swap in fairly easily. The gen 1 voodoo had some issues do you know the history on the motor?

You would need a gen 2 control pack wouldn't you?
