Question about EGR delete

Does anyone have a how to write up for an EGR delete on a 2.8H Mammoth Cobra?

Just a heads up check your emissions laws. A lot of states wont allow it to be removed anymore. AZ used to not care and now they do

As long as it doesnt throw codes in WI they dont care. All they check now is OBDII for no codes and history and you pass.

AZ looks at codes and readiness monitors now. EGR being one of them. How can you trick the PCM into thinking everything is still there? I really want to remove all this crap
