Radiator Shroud Painting Question...

I already primed, painted and cleared but I have a few blemishes...can I just paint a few more coats over the clear, and then clear again?

use a 2000 grit sand paper and nock the clear off then repaint and clear again.

I think I am going to get the Mouse Sander and re-sand the whole thing all over again and start all over.

u don't have to sand the paint off. just sand it down to the paint, re-shoot the paint, then clear it.
