New interior finish. They'll be water jetting the old finishes to bare concrete with a 40K psi machine. They've taken a ton of material out already using chipping hammers. Good thing I work for a big company in this industry. New tile will be next, then new Pebble Tec and last a new overlay deck that looks like stone. I have some other pictures in LNC in SD. I can put the pictures here if you can't find them. I might make a thread, or continue my house, garage and driveway thread from a few years ago.
