How about this famous repurposed 727 jet jungle fuselage in Costa Rica.
"The airplane, nestled beside the rain forest, is perched on a custom-built platform 15 meters (50 feet) up from the ground. At this height, our guests enjoy scenic ocean and jungle views from both the airplane windows and the handcrafted decks that has been built atop its wings. The inside of the plane has been decorated using lovingly restored local teak wood. This has resulted in a beautiful wood paneled fuselage with three queen size beds, two bathrooms, TV, AC, and kitchenette."
