This is why you don't drive through flooded roads. The truck and suv are about 100'+ off the road. They were trying to cross a bridge that spans a stream that is normally 6' wide. Last night it was about 300' wide and 2 foot over the road. It washed them deep into the woods and volunteer firefighters had to do a marine rescue at 10 pm.

Edit for clarification, it wasn't me.

Where in PA do you live? I'm a former Chester County resident.

The new solar cycle has started. Going to be seeing Aurora more often and more defined at mid-latitudes. Can't wait to see some pics of that.
I wish we had the Aurora here... I have only seen it once in my life and I was waaaay up north.

Bummer. I have never seen it. I spent months in Alaska and the Yukon during the summer and never had the pleasure. One day, I'll try to make a special trip just so I can see it at least once, in person.
