Take the wheel off. Loosen the bolt and nut holding the top knuckle to the UCA. Notice the eccentric washer which rides in a slot under the bolt head. Turn this to adjust the camber. If you want lots of negative camber (-1.3* or so) you need to push the bolt back in the slot before tightening. The eccentric washer will not push it back far enough. This is usually a problem for alignment shops because it is so hard to get to with the wheel on. They don't want to keep putting the wheel on to measure and taking it off to make changes.
