the driver seat is power, not passenger on gt500s. they are not the recaro version, but a great upgrade for 2007-2009 gt500s.
they will be a direct swap for 2007-2010 gt500s. the 2011 and newer had differences in airbag components.

Yes they'll bolt right in. I have the same ones in mine, but I left out the headrests.

they will bolt right into any 2007-2010 gt500 and 2005-2010 mustang v6/gt. with no modifications

You need to usually find a company that has a dock and you can pick them up at. Know anyone that works somewhere thatb gets freight deliveries?

i'm not sure about the electronics on a 2011. you might need to swap the airbags and harnesses from your seats. it looks like the 2011 has a unique set of part numbers in airbags and harnesses. they aren't the same as 2010 and older, or the same as 2012 and newer.
