Rpms sticking at 1200 what to do?

Hi guys, I know this is a common problem for our cars and mine always seems to come back every so often and it’s insanely frustrating!
My RPMs are hanging at 1200 just started yesterday I got my TPS voltage to .98 so what else do I need to check again?
Clean out my IAC? clean out the throttle body?

People mention vacuum lines n I’m not very good with that stuff so if someone could be more specific on what that could be or what do I need to replace or check in order please.

I really want this issue to go away permanently so what do I need to do in order please?

Someone just answered your other post.
Falls in line with others talking about making a gasket plate and drilling progressively larger holes, but his seems like a more elegant solution.
