Having it for what to make people think you're cool? You guys are worried about a clutch? U shouldn't even buy a car that can be modded, Better hope the TOB is New or they don't have aftermarket breaks those rotors may warp and who wants to buy new breaks. My car gets driven to red line and tires spinning all the time. And with Ported eaton trapping 132 mph I'm sure the motor is in great shape. If I had a clutch that lasted 30K I would faint. its a wear Item. A good single disk costs $400 say 6 to get FW cut and a afternoons work to throw a new one in. IF thats what your worried about go buy a hybrid because the modded car world is not for you guys. OP if you look at a modded car ask to be get a compression check done. Seller may even split cost with you because if the results are good it would be a good selling point. If it looks good have the tune confirmed and call it a day. You could buy a bone stock car and it spin a bearing on the way home.
