stock for stock, no.

street stuff will be easier, as traction is an issue for both cars....so, bigger blower (vmp 2.65, 2.9 whipple maybe?) with supporting fuel mods (e85 helps a LOT), some rear suspension improvements, and sticky tires. or junk the blower and IRS to go turbo (twin?) and SRA.

on a prepped track, prolly a 3.4 whipple, supporting mods, and axles. race fuel would be nice. turbos would also work with more boost.

I remember seeing a video of one around 600whp beat one on the street.

Lots of variables of course

A hellcat has a good what, 700 pounds on a cobra. any upgraded power adder would be sufficient. 600rwhp or over would do the trick.

Hellcat runs 10.8 @ 131mph stock.

Match that and you could pull them on the street all day.

If you just want to hang with them and not beat them then I'm sure it can be done with a maxed out stock blower on E85, a good tire, and a good driver. My stock motor Vortech auto Mach that makes 508rwhp and is a 10.90 car hangs with stock Hellcats.

Only ran 2 of them but to me depends on race.
But seeing them a lot at the track, I would feel better from a dig. They have a lot of weight to move out of the hole.

If it's an auto Hellcat from a roll, they are deceivingly faster imo...I was making 644 on 2.2 KB - was neck and neck through 3rd and part of 4th.

I would feel confident if you are 130 mph+ in a 6 speed car.
