I hear bits & pieces on what the Dems want to do..and it bothers me. Another issue- the states may enact legislation for their citizens... Legally they could tax the hell out of ammo..Prohibit certain calibers, new magazines.. but I don't know whether they could do away with older stuff as it would be an "ex post facto" issue -if I spelled that correctly..308 will always be legal ammo as that is the most popular hunting caliber.. NATO-.223 is not. Taking that into consideration, I have plenty of ammo and my handguns are such...Glock 29 for example can fit....357 Sig and .40 S&W barrel depending on ammo availability. One may want to consider taking preemptive measures on such things if you live in one of those states. Remember state can pass anything it wants..BUT if conflicts with Fed law then the appellate process begins but that process can take years to reach US supreme ct. Since I no longer shoot, I am rethinking whether I want to sell my collection... Thoughts anyone??
