Not so far. But you're close to Multimatic out there, and that's where they make the GT4. I believe their test track is Calabogie.

Interesting. Never ran in Canada. One of these days maybe I’ll have the time and extra funds to trailer the car to some distant tracks.

That's the rumor.

Interesting point about cost. Some of the limited-production hypercars increase in value over time - the P1 for example cost $1M when new and now sells for over $1.5M. The LaFerrari Aperta cost $2.3M when new, but now sells for more than twice that. There's a reasonable case to be made that those cars are very inexpensive to own, even though they require a large capital outlay.

Classic case of "it takes money to make money".
