service manual on CD?

Saw a post somewhere a few days back with a link or user ID of someone on one of these boards that sells the Cobra service manual on CD for around $20 or so. I need to buy one but I can't find the post. Anyone help?

If you don't have about 20 gigs free hard drive space don't even try it. It is in RAR format. Kind of a shady deal, but mine did work.
