Shifter Noise

Call me picky but is there any way to make Triax as quiet as stock. I used the rubber block spacer instead of the harder washers.
Any suggestions?

I put strips of Dynamat all over the base of the shifter and the handle itself on my other Stang. Worked pretty good, and makes a big difference when I compared it to my friends Tri Ax that did nothing to quiet it.
