First you have to have a picture you'd like to use that's accessable from the internet. It can also be uploaded here. Once you see/have the pic you want to use in your sig, you go into your user cp(control panel). Then click edit profile. Scroll down to where your see Signature:
Optional signature you may use to appear at bottom of your posts. This is where you need to enter the web address of the pic you'd like to use. In this format-->[img ]http://www.heresmypicture.com[/img ] but remove both of the spaces from the [/img].

When you are replying to someone's post click the "POST REPLY" button which gives you all the options. Towards the bottom you'll see an "Attatch file:" section. Click browse and search for the pic on your hard drive. It can't be larger than 524288 bytes.

I think that pic's a little large for a sig. You have to start the sig with [img ]http://www.inserturlhere.com[/img ]<--remove the spaces in the brackets.

I'd try to find a pic without complete phone numbers and web addresses in it. Or crop the pic to not show the phone numbers.
